The Faculty of Chemistry at the Jagiellonian University is located on the Campus of the 600th Anniversary of the Jagiellonian University Revival. The Faculty is divided into separate teaching, research, and administration areas, equipped with modern and high-quality devices and scientific infrastructure.

Kraków is the second largest city in Poland, located in the southern part of the country on the picturesque Vistula River. Kraków's history dates back more than 1,000 years. It was the capital of Poland between the 14th and 16th centuries. Kraków has numerous historical monuments, including the magical Main Square, the largest medieval market square in Europe, and towering over the Vistula River, the majestic Wawel Royal Castle. Today, Kraków is a modern city that continues to grow. It is an academic centre with numerous scientific institution. 





Jagiellonian University Collegium Novum buildingThe Jagiellonian University (JU) is Poland's oldest university and one of the oldest in Europe. It was founded on 12 May 1364 by the Polish king Casimir the Great. Nowadays, JU has 16 Faculties with over 50 thousand MSc and PhD students.
