- Submissions for lectures and poster presentations will be accepted until May 15, 2024.
- Abstracts should be submitted to the conference email (ctb11@uj.edu.pl) by May 15, 2024. Failure to submit an abstract after May 15, 2024, will result in a change of participation type to attendance without any presentation
- Participants will be informed about type of their presentation by May 25, 2024
- Registration for the conference signifies acceptance of the conference regulations and consent to the processing of personal data within the scope described in the regulations.
Registration fees
Early bird fee (until April 15, 2024)
Full participant 450 euro / 2000 pln
Student 350 euro / 1500 pln
Regular fee (from April 16 till May 15, 2024)
Full participant 550 euro / 2400 pln;
Student 450 euro / 1800 pln
Late fee (from May 16 till June 15 till, 2024)
Full participant 650 euro / 2800 pln;
Student 500 euro / 2200 pln
Cancellation Policy: Conference fees will be refunded provided that the cancellation request is received no later than June 8th, 2024. Please note that Banking costs will not be refunded. No refunds will be possible after June 8th, 2024. Cancellation requests must be submitted by conference email.
